    Chef SommelierJonathan Pralinvite you to discover regional wines during a tasting of about 1 hour. This activity is offered on site at the hotel, in the gardens, weather permitting.
  • Honey tasting at the Oratoire honey farm :
    Come and discover the fascinating world of bees in an enchanting setting with the heady scents of honey, wax and gingerbread. An exciting gourmet stopover not to be missed! Comb honey, fresh pollen, pastries, jams and "homemade" nougat.

  • Visit and taste olive oils at the Moulin de Partégal : 
    Near Toulon, Le Moulin du Partégal welcomes you for a visit to Provence. In a landscape of garrigue and olive trees, you will discover the secrets of olive oil production. Such a visit would not be complete without tasting the mill's specialities, whose oil was awarded the Gold Medal of the Concours Général Agricole Paris 2014-2015.

Beach, sea port and activities

  • The seaside resorts Bandol and Sanary-sur-mer :
    Sanary is a lovely little fishing port. The facades of its houses line up nicely along the quays reserved for the famous pointus - traditional small fishing boats. Bandol and its port are lively all year round thanks to the shops, restaurants and the casino. Take the opportunity to stroll through the Provençal markets.

    Jet-ski, kayaking, sailing, paddleboarding... many activities are available at the seaside resorts of Bandol or St-Cyr-sur-mer.
     
  • The îles d’or at Hyères-les-Palmiers :
    They are called the Golden Islands and they bear their name well. Three pearls of natural beauty, but also three characters to discover. Will you prefer the white sandy beaches of Porquerolles, long family bike rides with efforts to be rewarded by a good ice cream in the village square? Or will you choose the steep and wild island of Port-Cros for its hiking trails and exploration of its seabeds? And last but not least, the amazing Ile du Levant, its naturist village and the natural reserve of arbutus shrubs....

  • Toulon and its military port :
    If Toulon is known in the world for its major military naval base, the influence of the Port du Levant also depended on the rise of its civilian port. Before venturing out onto the water, the port offers a beautiful walk, ideal for discovering Toulon's historical heritage. Take the opportunity to discover the Provençal market open every morning (except Monday) in the city centre.

  • Discover the medieval village of Le Castellet :
    Proudly attached to its hill, Le Castellet is a medieval village with the appearance of a Provençal nativity scene. Here reign sweetness of life and the accent of the South so dear to Marcel Pagnol who filmed "la femme du boulanger" (The Baker's Wife) here. Thanks to its rich cultural heritage, a preserved natural environment, its craftsmen and the quality of its restaurants, Le Castellet is labelled "Station Verte" (green resort).

  • Hiking on the Siou Blanc Plateau
    Located between the communes of Le Beausset and Signes, the Siou-Blanc Plateau is a privileged walking area that is very popular with hiking enthusiasts. In a landscape typical of rural Provence in the western Var, you can walk, ride a horse or mountain bike and enjoy the natural and cultural riches of this plateau thanks to nine hiking routes.
     
  • The Sainte-Baume Massif
    There are many hiking trails to visit the Sainte-Baume and its exceptional forest. Like Lourdes, it is a major place of pilgrimage. Saint Louis, on his return from the Crusade, two popes and Louis XIV came here. A hostelry run by Dominican nuns and monks welcomes pilgrims to the foot of the massif.
