The cellar opening onto the restaurant dining room contains more than 700 different labels of wines from France and abroad selected to accompany the flavours of the South.

The rich cellar book of Le Castellet with its 700 different labels features a superb selection of red, white and rosé wines: AOC Bandol, Cassis, Côtes de Provence “Cru classé”, Coteaux Varois en Provence, Coteaux d’Aix en Provence, Baux de Provence, Palette, Vin de Pays des Bouches du Rhône…

There are also fine examples of red and wine wines from the Rhone Valley, the north of France (AOC Condrieu, Côte-Rotie, Cornas…) and the South of France, superb Rosé Tavel …
