Want to be coached? In our interactive gym, you can watch video lessons on fitness and wellness. More than 60 courses in French and English are scheduled, combining vitality, happiness, relaxation and well-being, to maintain a positive attitude and develop team spirit.

So, work out those abdominals or enjoy some body sculpting, Pilates, step or even cycling !

Indoor swimming pool

Surrounded by a veranda allowing you to enjoy the rays of winter sunshine, our indoor pool is heated to 28 °C. Totally independent of the spa, this second indoor swimming pool is dedicated primarily to children, but is used by all our guests for a moment of total relaxation.

Tennis, boulodrome and fitness path

The hotel has fitness trails and bicycle tracks (bicycles are available for guests to rent) that head into the pine forest. A perfect solution to enjoy the scents of the garrigue that perfume the Var countryside.
Fans of the small yellow ball will head for the hard tennis courts, sheltered under the pines.
Finally, staying so close to the city of Marcel Pagnol means trying the international sport of the region is a must: la Pétanque. In the shade of the pines, captivated[DJ1] by the song of the grasshoppers in summer, challenge friends or family in our boulodrome.
