In contrast to the hotel's chic and discreet classicism, the Restaurant Christophe Bacquié adopted a resolutely contemporary look in 2015.
Voluntarily refined, its design reveals light tones, where wood, aluminium and slate blend harmoniously. Over there, an olive tree and a vine stock that recall the deeply Mediterranean roots of Christophe Bacquié's cuisine, and an imposing painting by Martin Berger, Les Abysses de Méditerranée, demonstrate that the Chef's inspiration is nourished by the products offered up by the ocean.
The décor in the Restaurant Christophe Bacquié has been carefully studied and is striking: circular tables in white laminate with rounded edges, soft and soothing fitted carpet, tablecloth-free service, an alcove with a discreet table d'hôte and a second, more intimate room with a clear view over the park and gazebos located on the edge of the pine forest.
To share an aperitif or an after-dinner liqueur in the open air, enjoy the terrace of the gourmet Restaurant Christophe Bacquié. You will enjoy the lapping of water from the overflowing basins.
The terrace of the starred restaurant is a non-smoking area. A specially designed area nearby is available for our smoking clients.
