Following government announcements, we inform you that the sanitary pass is no longer required (subject to further changes by the government).
The wearing of a mask is no longer mandatory to access and circulate in all our restaurants, hotels and spas.

The gestures and the particular attention of our housekeeping team are still very meticulous, however the hygiene measures and more particularly disinfection have been reinforced.

We had to take off few things such as room directory, spa menu, room service menu, to replace with our digital solution, the "Lounge Up" app.

Lounge Up App

Download at any time the Lounge Up app and discover all our services (newspaper, bar and restaurants menu, make an order, leisure and activities information).

This way you can organise your stay, send us your room service order in case you checked-in late for example.

Restaurants & Bar

We have set up a special health protocol for our restaurants, in order to guarantee a 1-meter space between each table.

We are pleased to inform you that the breakfast will be a buffet as usual. However some single-use cutleries will be at your disposal in order help yourself at the buffet.

We are really involved to offer a convivial ambiance, but also to protect your security. This is why some alcoholic gel is at your disposal before entering the restaurant.

The Bar, Bistrot San Felice and Room Service menu will be available on our Lounge Up app.

Spa & Fitness

The Spa cloakroom are available only upon request.

We invite you to use the bathrobe at your disposal in your room to go to the Spa. This way the team will take you directly to the treatment room.

After each treatment, the rooms are cleaned up with an air purifier.

The fitness room and the interactive gym room are at your disposal only on request and will be purified after every use.
