Passion Dessert Trophy 2019

For the first time, the Guide Michelin rewarded the Trophy of Dessert Passion to the best pastry chefs of the year. 
In partnership with the chocolate maker Valrhona, this trophy honors the best talent of the pastry and emphasizes this very special culinary discipline.

Congratulations to Loïc Colliau, our Pastry Chef at the gastronomic restaurant Christophe Bacquié and at the Bistrot restaurant le San Felice, for the achievement of this trophy at the K2 in Courchevel !
